As writers, we understand how daunting it is to not only write your book, but also navigate the confusing publishing industry with its gatekeepers, jargon, and ever-changing rules.

About Us.
At NovelBound, we believe writing is better together.
We’re Madi and Sophie—writers, artists, travelers, and long-time friends.
After meeting in college and studying storytelling in its many forms, we reconnected post-grad while querying our books. We both felt the same thing: it was hard doing this alone. So we created NovelBound, a space for writers who want real community, honest support, and resources rooted in experience.
Sophie holds degrees in Creative Writing and Art & Design and attended the Columbia Publishing Course at Oxford. She’s also a literary agency assistant and agented author.
Madi holds a BA in Film Production, an MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and is currently earning her Master’s in Creative Writing from Cambridge University.
Between us, we’ve written a dozen novels, lived in multiple countries, and worked across publishing, community building, and creative education. Our mission is simple: to help writers find their people and pursue their writing dreams.
